I started p90x 18 days ago.... i'm going to keep everyone posted. results are pretty incredible. I'll be posting pictures up soon.

The Effects of the Master Cleanse

wow... I finished 16 days. I finally get to start orange juice today.

starting weight: 207

ending weight: 177

none of my pants fit anymore. I feel incredible. Now it's time to start p90x.
